He built the business on strong moral values and a loyalty to a very strong group of subcontractors that he considered his family.

At Executive Developers, we specialize in custom built homes for the move up and estate home buyers as well as larger remodeling projects. Established in 1987 by Mike Cinker, Executive Developers was built on strong moral values and a loyalty to building lasting relationships with their clients. Chris Cinker, second generation builder, took over the role as President in 2013 and has made the commitment to ensure that the same morals and values from which Executive Developers was built on will continue for years to come.

Chris graduated as a Finance major with a Real Estate minor from Penn State University and decided to further his new home construction knowledge by working for a national home builder in Baltimore, MD. In 2006, he decided to move his family back to Pittsburgh and served as the general manager for a regional builder in the Pittsburgh market until he returned to Executive Developers in 2013. With his strong resume in the building and land development industry, Chris has been able to grow Executive Developers into becoming one of the premier luxury custom home builders in the Pittsburgh area.
